Account Creation and Identity Provider Methods

Please note that the Application **does not support or provide manual registration or password-based local credentials**. Account onboarding and subsequent user authentication are executed exclusively through authorized third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) systems managed by **Google LLC** and **Apple Inc.**

When you select your registration method via Google Identity Services or Sign in with Apple, you grant permission to the identity provider to share verified baseline cryptographic metadata with us. This includes your:

  • Primary registration email address.
  • Unique provider-specific identification identifier (OAuth token identity payload).
  • Verified user profile full name (if permitted by your account sharing parameters).

This data is used strictly to establish and authenticate your local Account environment. We never receive or request passwords from your external Apple or Google accounts.

Types of Data Collected

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device's unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

  • Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company's servers and/or a Service Provider's server or it may be simply stored on Your device. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

In-App Subscriptions and Payment Processing

The Service offers premium account tiers and services that require a paid purchase. All premium upgrades and subscription transactions are processed securely through **Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system**.

When you purchase a subscription within the Application, the transaction is managed entirely by Apple Inc. under their respective terms and conditions. The Company does not directly collect, view, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or bank details.

Apple provides us with an anonymized transaction receipt or token to confirm that your subscription is valid. This metadata is used solely to provision access to your premium Service features, track subscription renewal status, and monitor transaction histories for active compliance parameters. Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service: including to monitor the usage of our Service.

  • For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services You have purchased (including active Apple in-app subscriptions) or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

  • To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
